We have a company-wide, comprehensive Performance Development Program. Performance goals are set at the beginning of the year. Formal performance reviews are conducted at least twice a year, where employees are given performance-related feedback on goal achievement and demonstration of desired competencies. End of the year performance ratings determine an individual’s increments and bonus payments.
