World Connect takes a holistic approach in the management of Human Resources (HR). At World Connect, our HR practices are characterized by rigorous recruitment and selection procedures, performance management systems, along with an emphasis on employee training and development.
We have a company-wide, comprehensive Performance Development Program. Performance goals are set at the beginning of the year. Formal performance reviews are conducted at least twice a year, where employees are given performance-related feedback on goal achievement and demonstration of desired competencies. End of the year performance ratings determine an individual’s increments and bonus payments.
With these policies in place the staff morale is always high and are highly motivated.
